Shrimp can be very sensitive and if you cook it too long you can end up with a rubbery mess that no one wants to eat. That leaves many cooks wondering just how many minutes to grill shrimp for. It seems that just 2-4 minutes is enough for small shrimp and 3-5 minutes for larger ones using a low to medium heat setting.

1 tb Water
1 ts Sugar
2 tb Peanut oil

2 ts Finely minced garlic
1 c Chicken broth (or fish stock)
