Ingredients to make Super Clam Chowder

2 c Clams-large(about 8 clams)
2 Potatoes,diced; large
2 Med onions, sliced
2 Bell peppers, chopped
2 Celery stalks, chopped fine
1 tb Paprika
2 tb Butter
2 tb Flour
1 tb Accent
1 qt Clam stock
2 tb Clam base
1 c Tomatoes-whole; chopped

Directions to make Super Clam Chowder

Step 1:Steam clams in 1 qt. water in large kettle. Re- serve liquid to use as clam stock. Dice the clams. Cook the potatoes separately in 2 cups of boiling water for 5-10 min. Drain.
Step 2:In a large pot,saute the onion, peppers, celery, & paprika in butter until the vegetables are tender, about 6 min. Add flour and Accent,stirring well so that mixture does not brown. Add clam stock, clam base, potatoes, & clams. Allow to simmer for 15 min.
Step 3:Add tomatoes & simmer for 5-10 min., covered. Serve.

Step 1:Shred the crab. Combine with mayonnaise, celery and onion.
Step 2:Cut top 1/3 off bun. Hollow out bun to form shell. Fill with 1/3 cup mixture. Replace top.

2 T Butter or margarine
1 c Chopped celery

7 oz Can tuna
10 1/2 oz can Cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 c Chow mein noodles
1/8 t Pepper
1/3 c Chow mein noodles

Directions to make Baked Tuna Chow Mein

Step 1:  In a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. Add celery, onion and green pepper to melted butter. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 2:  Combine remaining ingredients except 1/3 cup chow mein noodles with vegetables Blend well.
Step 3:  Top with 1/3 cup of chow mein noodles. Heat in Miicrowave Oven, uncovered, 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles. Thats all there is to this delicious tuna casserole recipe

Ingredients to make Banana Fish

1/4 c Flour
2 ts Curry powder
1/4 ts Soy sauce
4 Bananas, peeled & halved, lengthwise
1 lb Fish fillets
1 tb Oil
3 Stalks celery, sliced
4 tb Butter
2 tb Lemon juice

Directions to make Banana Fish

Step 1:Mix together flour, curry powder, and soy sauce; coat bananas and fish with this; set aside. Heat oil in skillet. Stir-fry celery until crisp; set aside.
Step 2:Add butter to oil; saute bananas until golden, about 1 minute on each side. Sprinkle bananas with half of lemon juice; remove to serving dish.
Step 3:Saute fish in oil/butter mix until fish comes easily away on a fork, about 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice. Place on serving dish with bananas. Spoon celery over fish.

Ingredients to make Avocado with Shrimp Remoulade

1/4 c Tarragon vinegar
2 tb Horseradish mustard
1 tb Catsup
1 1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 c Salad oil
1/4 c Minced celery
1/4 c Minced green onions
2 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
4 md Avocados

Directions to make Avocado with Shrimp Remoulade

Step 1:In small bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, catsup, paprika, salt and pepper. Slowly add oil, beating constantly with electric mixer. Stir in celery and onions. Pour sauce over shrimp. Marinate 4 to 5 hours in refrigerator.
Step 2:Halve and peel avocados. Lift shrimp out of sauce and arrange on each avocado half. Serve with sauce.

Ingredients to make Best Seafood Bisque

4 lb Whole Lobster
2 tb Olive oil
4 tb Butter
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
1/2 c Finely chopped carrot
1/2 c Finely chopped celery
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1 Bay leaf
3 Cloves finely chopped garlic
2 c Plain tomato sauce, canned is fine
1 c Dry white wine
4 c Chicken broth
2 tb Tomato paste
A dash of hot sauce
2 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Cognac
Salt & fresh ground pepper -to taste

Directions to make Best Seafood Bisque

Step 1:Plunge the lobsters into boiling water for 3-4 min. Take them out of the boiling water and remove the tails. Cut the carcas into quarters, discarding the sacks. Crack the claws. Remove the meat from the tails and set aside.
Step 2:In a large pot melt the butter in the oil and sautee the carrot, onion and celery. When lightly browned, add all other ingredients except the cream and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 45 min. Strain into another pot with a fine cheesecloth.
Step 3:Add cream and cook on med low for 10 min. Season with salt and pepper. Take the tail meat and shread it by hand, not too big. Add to the soup. Cook 5 min.on med low.
