4 c Wide egg noodles
Seasoned salt
2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
Seasoned pepper
2 cn Tuna, chunk
1/2 ts Cumin
1 ts Margarine
1 ts Paprika
Bread crumbs

Directions to make Creamy Tuna and Egg Noodles

Step 1:Boil the noodles until tender. Drain. Mix noodles, soup and tuna meat together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add cumin.
Step 2:Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Sprinkle paprika on top of bread crumbs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake until top is toasty brown. 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients to make Cheesy Tuna and Vegetable Bake

6 ounces Egg noodles, cooked al dente, drained
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 10.1/2 ounce can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup Milk
2 – 7ounce cans solid white tuna, drained, flaked
1 cup coarsely chopped celery
1/3 cup Coarsely chopped green pepper
1/3 cup Sliced water chestnuts
1/3 cup Chopped scallions with some green tops
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Chopped toasted almonds

Directions to make Cheesy Tuna and Vegetable Bake

Step 1:Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 2-quart casserole combine noodles, thyme and salt. Set aside.
Step 2:Mix together the soup and milk in a saucepan and heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Add tuna, celery, green pepper, water chestnuts, scallions, mayonnaise and all but 2 Tablespoons of the cheese. Heat and stir until the cheese is melted
Step 3:Add cheese sauce to casserole and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle top with remaining grated cheese and almonds. Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.

Ingredients to make Secret Sauce Shrimp

**Sauce Base**
2 1/2 lemons, peeled and quartered
3 tablespoons coarse-ground black pepper
2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
1 cup worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
6 cloves garlic

***SHRIMP***
1/3 cup julienne red bell pepper
1/3 cup julienne poblano pepper
1/3 cup sliced yellow onion
3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
20 shrimp, 16 to 20 count, peeled and cleaned
3/4 cup sauce base,(see recipe, above)
1/4 cup whipping cream

Directions to make Secret Sauce Shrimp

Step 1:For the Sauce Base: In saucepan combine all ingredients and reduce liquid by half. Strain liquid through fine-mesh strainer and reserve.
Step 2:For the Shrimp: In skillet, sautee peppers, onion, and garlic in oil on medium heat for about 40 seconds. Add shrimp and sautee for 30 seconds. Stir in sauce base. Add cream and simmer 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp are cooked.

 Lobster Citrus Spinach Salad – The astoundingly, loaded with succulent seafood meat and flavor, lobster tail is used for this fabulous salad! Quickly boiled, the meat removes quite easily. Served on fresh spinach, we added some bright, colorful, fresh fruit to give just the right amount of zest!

Ingredients to make Lobster Citrus Spinach Salad

3 8 oz lobster tails; fresh or frozen
1 md Pink grapefruit; peeled, sectioned
1 md Orange; peeled and sectioned
1/4 c Orange yogurt
3 tb Orange juice
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Grated orange rind
1 ts Grated lime rind
1/8 ts White pepper
4 c Fresh spinach leaves; torn
2 ts Fresh chives; chopped

Directions to make Lobster Citrus Spinach Salad

Step 1:Cook lobster tails in boiling water 6-8 minutes or until done; drain. Rinse with cold water. Split and clean tails. Cut lobster meat into bite-sized pieces. Combine lobster, grapefruit sections and orange sections.
Step 2:Combine yogurt, juices and rinds with white pepper in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk until well blended. Pour over lobster mix.
Step 3:Arrange spinach on individual serving plates. Top each serving with 1 cup of the lobster mix. Sprinkle with chives.

Ingredients to make So Easy Clam Chowder

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can New England clam chowder
2 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams
1 quart half-and-half cream
1 pint heavy whipping cream

Directions to make So Easy Clam Chowder

Step 1:Mix cream of celery soup, cream of potato soup, clam chowder, 1 can undrained clams, 1 can drained clams, half-and-half cream, and whipping cream into a slow cooker.
Step 2:Cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Ingredients to make Creamy Clam Juice Mushrooms

1/2 lb Mushrooms, with big caps
1 md Onion, chopped finely
1/2 c Clam juice
3 T Sauterne wine
1/4 c Bread crumbs
3 T Butter
1/2 c Half and half
3 T Parmesan cheese

Directions to make Creamy Clam Juice Mushrooms

Step 1:Pop stems out of mushrooms (don’t tear cups). Cut stems up finely. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter (or olive oil) slowly, over medium-low heat, until limp; be careful not to let mixture burn.
Step 2:Add clam juice and wine; cook slowly until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add bread crumbs to shroom mixture in pan; mix well. Should be quite dry. Add half and half until mixture has a good texture, like slightly dampish clay for hand-building pottery. Add parmesan.
Step 3:Fill mushroom caps with mixture (will have to mound). Bake in toaster oven at 250 degrees F. until mushrooms start looking shriveled and ooze juice, getting brown.

Baked Seafood Lasagna

 Baked Seafood Lasagna - Shrimp, crab and pasta in a creamy sauce, for this outstanding seafood lasagna. What’s not to like?

Ingredients to make Baked Seafood Lasagna

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
3 cups milk
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup KRAFT Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, divided
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
9 lasagne noodles, cooked, drained
1/2 lb. fresh or thawed frozen cleaned medium shrimp (31 to 35 count), cooked
2 cans (120 g each) crabmeat, drained, flaked

Directions to make Baked Seafood Lasagna

Step 1:PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add flour; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese; set aside. Combine spinach, cottage cheese, 2/3 cup of the mozzarella cheese and the nutmeg.
Step 2:SPREAD 1/4 of the Parmesan cheese sauce onto bottom of 13×9-inch baking pan. Cover with 3 of the lasagne noodles and layers of 1/2 each of the shrimp, crabmeat and spinach mixture; top with 1/4 of the Parmesan cheese sauce. Repeat layers, starting with the noodles.
Step 3:TOP with remaining 3 lasagne noodles, remaining Parmesan cheese sauce and the remaining 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil.
Step 4:BAKE 25 min. Uncover; bake an additional 20 min. or until lasagne is heated through. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
