Slow Cooker Garlic Seafood Alfredo - This succulently creamy, cheesey. garlic deafood alredo recipe is made the irreplacable crock pot. Your choice of seafood medley, is added to the creamy alfredo sauce, and served over hot, steaming pasta. So easy to slow cook this seafood alfredo all day while you are at work.

Ingredients to make Slow Cooker Garlic Seafood Alfredo
1 stick butter
2 cups whole milk
1 t herbs de provence
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded parmesan
3 smashed and chopped garlic cloves
1/2 t kosher salt
1/4 t black pepper
2 T flour
1 bag Seafood Medley
Directions to make Slow Cooker Garlic Seafood Alfredo
Put milk in crock pot. Stir in the flour. add herbs and garlic, stir again. Put in butter stick and cheese.
Cook Low 4-6 hours. (The butter will separate from the milk and cheese. It will look weird. )
Stir the mixture thoroughly and add your seafood blend or frozen shrimp. Boil pasta according to package directions, toss the alfredo sauce with your hot, drained pasta.

Creamed Lobster and Clams - These classic, creamy clams and lobster meat are a very quick, stove top appetizer. Ingredients to make Creamed Lobster and Clams
2 Green onions, sliced
3 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Cayenne
1 1/2 c Half and half
3 tb Dry white wine
1/2 c Cooked lobster
1/2 c Cooked clams, minced
Pastry shells
1 cn Mushrooms (4 1/2oz) drained
Directions to make Creamed Lobster and Clams
In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt and cayenne. Add the half and half all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and bubbly
Add the wine, clams, lobster and button mushrooms. Heat through and serve in warm pastry shells.
