Ingredients to make Secret Sauce Shrimp
**Sauce Base**
2 1/2 lemons, peeled and quartered
3 tablespoons coarse-ground black pepper
2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
1 cup worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
6 cloves garlic
***SHRIMP***
1/3 cup julienne red bell pepper
1/3 cup julienne poblano pepper
1/3 cup sliced yellow onion
3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
20 shrimp, 16 to 20 count, peeled and cleaned
3/4 cup sauce base,(see recipe, above)
1/4 cup whipping cream

1 bag (3 1/2-ounce size) boil-in-bag brown rice
1/2 teaspoon salt

32 peeled and deveined large shrimp
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup dry white wine
4 slices lemon (1/4-inch-thick)

Ingredients to make Supreme Shrimp Scampi
1 small clov garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 large white onion, minced
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup dry white wine or apple juice
12 large shrimp, peeled with tails
Unflavored breadcrumbs
Melted Butter
** Note: Use Tabasco sauce in place of pepper; it blends better with other ingredients. Use only white bread crumbs, brown crumbs or crusts will brown too fast during cooking.
