Ingredients to make Easy Fish Marinade
1/2 c Dry white wine
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Water
2 T Light brown sugar
1 Small white onion, minced
1 Small garlic clove, crushed
1/8 t Hot pepper sauce
1/4 t Freshly ground pepper
Directions to make Easy Fish Marinade
Step 1:Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
