Ingredients to make Baked Smoked Salmon and Feta

3 oz Smoked salmon, diced
6 oz Cream cheese, softened
3 oz Feta cheese
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 t Capers
2 tb Finely chopped parsley
4 Scallions, topped, diced
1 tb (or more) poppyseeds
1 frozen pastry sheet, cut into a 3 X inch rectangle and some melted butter.

Directions to make Baked Smoked Salmon and Feta

Step 1:Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, hand mix the salmon, cream cheese, Feta cheese, egg, capers, parsley, and scallions.
Step 2:Roll out the pastry sheet to double its size. Liberally brush it with melted butter. Spread the salmon mixture over the sheet. Roll up, jelly-roll style, folding the ends in to seal. Brush the top of the roll with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Step 3:Make 1/2 inch deep diagonal slashes across the roll to allow steam to escape. Bake the roll for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden.

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (.4 ounce) packet vegetable soup mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mango chutney or chutney of your choice
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
12 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Directions to make New Crab Roll-Ups

Step 1:In a bowl, combine the spinach, soup mix, mayonnaise and sour cream; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. In another bowl, combine the crab, cream cheese, chutney, garlic powder and onion powder; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Spread the spinach mixture on six tortillas. Spread the crab mixture on remaining tortillas. Place one crab tortilla over each spinach tortilla. Roll up tightly, jelly-roll style, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Cut each roll into seven slices. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Ingredients to make Alaska Salmon, Beans and Rice Wrap

1 package red beans and rice mix (5-oz.)
1 can Alaska salmon, drained and chunked (14.75-oz.)
1 cup salsa con queso processed cheese blend*
5 large flour tortillas {10-in.)
1 cup salsa – (Mild), optional

Directions to make Alaska Salmon, Beans and Rice Wrap

Step 1:Prepare beans and rice according to package directions, omitting butter. Cook, uncovered, for 15 minutes
Step 2:Stir in salmon and processed cheese blend. Heat through, for 3 to 5 minutes.
